3 Step Kids Baseball Training Program
1. Use the recoil band to position the kids ball at the optimum height for the child and let them repeatedly hit the ball while it is
stationary. Manually stop the ball after every stroke.
2. Hit the ball, then hit it again on every 2nd or 3rd return to keep it in motion.
